Only to contacts who opted in to receive messages from you, and only with a template that Meta has approved. The panel enforces both rules.
How many messages can I send?
Each plan includes a monthly message allowance. Meta's own conversation charges are billed separately by Meta.
Can I schedule a campaign?
Yes. Choose a date and time, and the campaign starts automatically. You can pause and resume it at any point.
