Dashboard guide

A tour of every area of the panel.

This guide is for the people who work in the panel day to day: owners, admins and agents.

Getting set up

  1. Create your workspace and invite teammates under Team.
  2. Connect a WhatsApp number under Numbers using the Meta embedded signup. Each plan limits how many numbers you can connect.
  3. Import contacts (next section) and create templates so you can start conversations.

Inbox

The shared inbox shows every conversation with a customer. Assign conversations to agents, add labels, leave internal notes that the customer never sees, and use quick replies — type a shortcut like /hours to insert saved text.

Contacts

Templates

WhatsApp requires an approved template to start a conversation or message someone outside the 24-hour window. Create a template (category, language, body, buttons, variables like {{1}}), submit it, and wait for Meta’s review — usually minutes. Only APPROVED templates can be sent.

Campaigns

Send a template to a group of contacts now or at a scheduled time. Pick the audience (groups, tags or filters), fill the variables, review the cost estimate and launch. Progress — sent, delivered, read, failed — updates live, and you’ll be notified when it completes. Large audiences are sent at a safe pace automatically.

Automation

Team & roles

Invite members by e-mail and give each a role: owner, admin, agent or a custom role with exactly the permissions you choose. Only the owner can delete the workspace. Turn on two-factor authentication under Profile — strongly recommended for admins.

Reports & audit log

Reports show message volumes, delivery rates, response times and agent activity. The audit log records who changed what — keys, webhooks, roles, members — for compliance and troubleshooting.

Developers

Plans & billing

Your plan sets the number of WhatsApp numbers, agents, contacts, monthly messages, API rate limit and message retention. View usage and upgrade under Billing.
